ComicConnect has opened Event Auction 65 with vintage comics, rare memorabilia, original art, and a selection of rare Golden Age titles.

There are Golden Age classics coming to auction for the first time from the Eric Groves Collection, including Detective Comics #1 8.5, a selection of Superman’s start in early Action Comics, Flash Comics #1, and the first appearance of Plastic Man in Police Comics #1 9.0.

Comic highlights continue with Marvel Comics #1, Robin’s debut in Detective Comics #38, the Blue Beetle’s first appearance in Mystery Men Comics #1, and Walt Disney rarities like Mickey Mouse’s comics debut in Four Color Comics #15.

Event Auction 65 has Alex Schomburg art like the cover of Daring Mystery Comics #1, early Jack Kirby work in the scarce Red Raven #1, and even more key finds.
