Hake’s Jeff Jacob Collection Part 4 Auction is filled with rare, high value, and desirable action figures from some of the most popular late 1970s and ‘80s toy lines. This includes an impressive lineup of figures, toy vehicles, playsets, and more from Transformers, G.I. Joe, and other popular lines.

The Transformers lots fly in formation behind the Jetfire (Autobot Air Guardian) Series 2 AFA 80 registered logo variety. The airplane figure is based on the Super Valkyrie mecha design from the anime series, Super Dimensional Fortress Macross that was produced by Takatoku. It is among the most desirable Series 2 Transformers toys.

The Red Alert (Autobot Security Director) Car Series 2 AFA 85 is a high grade example, with only six graded higher in AFA’s Population Report.

Transformers highlights continue with an Ironhide (Autobot Security) Series 1 Car AFA 80 registered logo variety with rubsign, Roadbuster (Autobot Ground Assault Commander) Series 2 Deluxe AFA 75 with an Ashi Productions “AP” sticker on the box, and Snarl (Dinobot Desert Warrior) Series 2 AFA 80 is a classic Dinobots figure.

G.I. Joe enters the fray with the Snake Eyes (Commando) Series 2 32-back AFA 75 on a peach file card. The Firefly (Cobra Saboteur) Series 3 34-back AFA 75 has a “Triple win game offer” and is also on a peach file card.

The Self-Propelled Cannon (Slugger) Series 3 vehicle AFA 80 tank vehicle was released with the Thunder (Self-Propelled Gun Artilleryman) action figure and is on a peach file card. The Cobra Night Attack 4-WD Stinger Series 3 vehicle AFA Qualified 80 comes with the Enemy (Cobra Stinger Driver) action figure. The Storm Shadow (Cobra Ninja) Series 3 36-back AFA 75 includes the “Free inside – G.I. Joe action figure body transfer” offer and is on a gray file card.

ThunderCats are featured in the auction, including the Panthro Series 1 14-back AFA 80 figure with nunchaku and Capt. Cracker 14-back AFA 80 figure with saber weapon. Both have Battle-Matic Action and “free Mumm-Ra” action figure (mummy form) offer.

The Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars highlights are the Hobgoblin Series 2 AFA 80 with Goblin Glider and shield on an unpunched card and Wolverine Series 1 AFA 80 black claws variety with shield. Both have flicker flasher inserts.
