A lot of 18 1950s Bread For Health label from Fisher Bakeries featuring
numerous players soared to $11,199.99 after receiving 32 bids from serious
buyers. The lot of 18 featured 16 different labels and two duplicates. These
labels can be difficult in high grade as they were originally affixed to the end
of bread on the wrapper.

The lot was overall in fine/very fine
condition. Included were Al Cervi and Dolph Schayes of the Syracuse Nats, Bob
Davies of the Rochester Royals, Connie Simmons and Vince Boryla of the New York
Knicks, Tony Lavelli of the Boston Celtics, Alex Groza and Bruce Hale of the
Indianapolis Olympians, Walt Budko of the Baltimore Bullets, Joe Fulks and
George Senesky of the Philadelphia Warriors, Max Zaslofsky of the Chicago Stags,
George Mikan and Arnold Ferrin of the Minneapolis Lakers, Dike Eddelman of the
Tri-Cities Blackhawks and Freddie Scolari of the Washington Capitols.
